Steven King is the Chief Instructor at Adapt or Die. His ministry is centered around "leadership development through shared suffering".

Steven's background in the Outdoors and leadership started in the Boy Scouts where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout, later enlisting in the Ohio Army National Guard as an Infantryman. In turn, he attended the Infantry Basic Officer Course a few years later. A deployment to Iraq in addition to serving as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer has given Steven a unique perspective on what it means to lead in environments that induce massive amounts of stress.  Steven believes in the importance of developing quality leadership skills throughout all aspects of your life. At the foundation of all of Steven's experience is his deeply rooted faith in Jesus Christ. You can find him on Instagram @adaptordie.usa

Chris is the founder of Family Man Tactical & Preparedness.  “FamTac” was created to encourage family protectors to build community, train hard, and be force multipliers for good.

As a civilian, Chris started learning security concepts in the mid-2000’s at a combat veteran owned training org.  Many training-hours later, Chris became an instructor there, where he learned a ton more!

But really, he’s a normal guy, with a passion for spending time with family (of course!), friends and trying to add value to those around him.  And now, he’s having fun with Adapt or Die.

For those we love, there is a duty, no matter our background, (or lack of), to improve our level of security and preparedness - daily. You can find him on Instagram @familymantactical

Joel is a Utah native, born in Salt Lake City and raised in Cache Valley. With both his father and grandfather as role models, Joel, his younger brother and father would embark on weekend adventures through the Wasatch Mountains, often on four wheeler, traveling over 100 miles in a single weekend. In later years, these mountainous adventures evolved into longer hunting trips, still with his brother and father.

Joel's grandfather added to his love for hunting, fishing, and nature. It was with his grandfather that Joel traversed out of state to places like California and Washington where they'd fish and even bear watch, further amplifying his respect for nature.

Now that Joel has a family of his own, his favorite outdoor activities are now shared with his two boys. Often teaching lessons and making memories in the rugged mountains of Idaho. Passing down tribal knowledge to his sons, originally learned from his father and grandfather, only contributes more to Joel's love and life long relationship with the outdoors.
