- Due to COVID-19 expedited shipping options are currently unavailable for the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.

- Orders using ground shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays), following credit card authorization.

- Express Orders placed after 1:00 PM Pacific Standard time will not be processed until the following business day.

- Please Note: UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Returns

WHAT IS OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

- You may return your eligible merchandise to Adapt or Die for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt IF it is in NEW condition.

- Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

- Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

- Please allow up to ten business days from receipt of your returned item(s) for your refund to post.
