At Adapt or Die we believe that fitness is not just about physical health, but your ability to lead under pressure. This takes a sound mind, physical strength, and both physical and mental endurance.
Come join us at our next Ruck March event! Be prepared to move as a team under load for eight or more miles. Expect to be stressed to your limits physically and mentally.
Afterwords you will have an opportunity to join us for the recovery event with cold plunges, food, and coffee (subject to change depending upon event schedule).

Packing List:
- backpack capable of carrying a minimum of 20 lbs (pack should weigh no less than 20 lbs loaded DRY)
- 3 liters of water
- rain jacket or poncho
- headlamp
- proper footwear (lightweight boots recommended) *
- work gloves or tactical gloves*
- Proper clothing for weather conditions*
- swim trunks, towel, and extra t shirt for recovery event afterwords
