Ruck March Training Events

At Adapt or Die, we believe that fitness isn’t just about physical health—it’s about your ability to lead under pressure.


True readiness requires a sound mind, physical strength, and mental endurance.

Join us for our next Ruck March Event and experience what it means to train with purpose, lead with courage, and push beyond limits as a team.


What to Expect


Be prepared to move under load for 4 or more miles, working together as a unit while facing both physical and mental challenges. You’ll be tested, refined, and strengthened—not just in body, but in spirit and leadership.


Afterward, join us for our recovery and fellowship event, featuring cold plunges, good food, and great coffee (subject to change depending on the event schedule).


Packing List


Required Gear

  • Backpack capable of carrying at least 20 lbs (minimum dry weight 20 lbs)
  • 3 liters of water
  • Rain jacket or poncho
  • Headlamp
  • Proper footwear (lightweight boots recommended)*
  • Work gloves or tactical gloves*
  • Appropriate clothing for weather conditions*
  • Swim trunks, towel, and extra T-shirt for recovery
